If no issues occur within the first 30 days, you’ll get a full refund. Refunds won't be given if any issues are resolved. For incident-based methods, if the issue is unresolved and meets the refund criteria, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your previous support attempt.

Once Printers Cares accepts your query and sends you a confirmation email, your service plan is started. Printers Cares isn’t liable for services if the order is refused.

Printers Cares will do its best to fix your problems through chat, email, or small access. There won’t be any excess software from small access, but your device may have a resume file.

Payment

Payment for service must be made in advance. Recurring plans may have activation costs, while annual plans need full upfront payment. Payments are non-refundable unless selected otherwise.

Services are provided “as-is” with no warranties. Some plans may contain a 7-day warranty for re-performance or software re-download.

Limitation of Liability

Printers Cares is not responsible for more than the quantity paid for the exact service plan in the query. Claims must be proposed within 3 months.

Term and Termination

Printers Cares can break or end services if terms are broken or if comprehensive services are restricted by law.

Severability

If any part of the Terms is seen to be invalid, the refund and cancellation will still apply. Printers Cares’ requests are not waived by neglect to enforce these terms.

No Offer

Products not available in your country may be recorded on the Printers Cares official website, but services not available in your area are not contained in offers.

Modification

Printers Cares can update these Terms of Service at whenever. Modifications will be posted on the authorized website.
